The first step in our medical Weightloss program is completing a complimentary consultation with our medical provider. Information obtained from the consultation is used to tailor a unique Weightloss program for your specific goals.

Accountability is an important part of the weight loss journey. We offer frequent monitoring which includes weigh-ins, follow up visits and a mobile app which serves as your personal weight loss companion.

Initial Exam  – $150 (This price will be applied to your first month membership if you decide to sign up.) 

This is a ONE TIME FEE for bloodwork, physical behavioral assessment, health history review with program intro.  If you have had lab work done in the past 30 days. Please email us to confirm or bring it during the initial visit for evaluation. Please keep in mind that we can do the blood work, but Quest or LabCorp will need your insurance to evaluate your lab, or they will send the bill to you if you are self-paid.

After your exam is complete, you will select your monthly weight loss membership (options below).

Our medical weight loss mobile app includes food lists, meal suggestions, meal guidelines, recipes, weigh-Ins logs. You can purchase whole foods from the grocery store while using the shopping lists on our mobile weight loss app.

There are several medications that are utilized for medical weight loss. These medications include Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, Phentermine-topiramate and many more. Before choosing a medicine for you, our healthcare provider will discuss with you about your history and health challenges.

The combination of weight-loss medicine and lifestyle changes leads to greater weight loss than do lifestyle changes alone. An individual can lose up to 3% to 12% of total body weight more than that lost with lifestyle changes alone over the course of a year. That may not seem like a lot. But losing 5% to 10% of your total weight and keeping it off can have important health benefits.

Mild side effects, such as nausea, constipation, and diarrhea, are common. They may lessen over time. Rarely, serious side effects can happen. That’s why it’s important to speak to our medical providers about all treatment choices. And ask about the possible benefits and risks of each drug.

The length of usage is unique to your desired weight loss goal. Individuals typically loss about 5% of their total body weight within 6 months.

Of course! Just know that you need to use prescription weight-loss drugs in addition to — not instead of — a healthy diet and exercise.

Unfortunately, we do not take insurance however we offer an array of weight loss payment plans through Klarna and After-pay. We also offer several payment methods including subscription plans and pay as you go options.

This self-administered, under-the-skin injection helps strengthen the effects of your exercise routine under a provider’s supervision. We aim to make reaching your weight loss goals more manageable. We have online videos, and we can teach in person during any of your office visit.

No.  We understand a busy lifestyle.  We do encourage the weekly weigh in for accountability and support.  But if you can’t make it, that is fine.  Our weight loss medications can be shipped directly to you.

No, the program is a membership/subscription-based program and once you start the payment will cover all your visits for that month.  Your weekly weigh-in, blood pressure, heart rate, mobile lifestyle modification, mobile diet guidance and blood lab work, are covered under the subscription payment as well.

You can bring your semaglutide glass vial & syringes to us & we will do it for you; or follow the instructions on the prescription box that the vial comes in carefully.  Please do not replace the plunger cap the pushes the medicine out.  Only put the needle cap back on until ready for use, store in refrigerator.

Your choice!  Our staff can show you how to self-administer semaglutide or B12 shots for home use, or we will administer your injection for you during your weekly weigh in.  Please remember to bring your injectable with you.

After your payment for the membership the medication turnaround time is 7-10 business days. (weekends & holidays do not count towards the 7-10 business days).  All orders are shipped overnight, once filled, and packed on ice.  If the ice has melted, the medicine is fine for 36 hours.  Please keep refrigerated once received.

Since some people build a tolerance, you may need to increase to a higher dose.  If a low dose is remaining effective, you can continue using a low dose.  Our practitioner will discuss this in more detail during your visits.

No, our membership price is the same and it covers the dosing.

Some people do experience mild nausea, constipation, bloating, gas, or diarrhea while most do not.  If you have nausea, it will subside as your body becomes used to the medicine. The B12 shots help.  Our provider may prescribe Zofran if you need it.  MiraLAX, Tums, Imodium and other over the counter medications can be used to relieve temporary side effects.

But you may use our highly effective nutrition plan, b12 shot.

3 months.  Phentermine is a stimulant and may become habit forming.  Long term use is not recommended.  Please read the pharmacy insert.
